Project Overview:
The site of the project is conveniently located on the south side of the city's South Second Ring Road. The east side is adjacent to the urban trunk road, Furong South Road. The future Metro Line 1 site will be opened in the southeast part of the site. The main stream of people will flow and flow, relying on the eastern boundary of the block. Enter the interior of the plot. The transportation is convenient and the accessibility is good. The plots are surrounded by residential areas and college campuses, linking the north and south commercial axes, providing convenient urban resources and ample hospitality.
Project features:
The terrain is complex—the topography of the site and its surrounding terrain are complex and the slope is relatively large. The height difference between the highest point and the lowest point around the block is about 10 meters. The function is complex - the project is required to meet a variety of functions, including hospital emergency, physical examination, hospitalization , medical technology, business services, conference and scientific research, group headquarters office, logistics support, hotel and other functions. It is necessary to organize different entrances organically and efficiently. People flow, vertical horizontal traffic. The contradictory relationship between the independence and contact of the two hospitals - The medical building complex in this case is composed of two hospital entity entities, each of which is required to be independent in administrative management. The integration of medical resources needs to be closely integrated. What is the most innovative point in this case? Use the best strategy to solve the contradictory relationship between two units' independence and connection.
Design Concept:
In view of the complex topographical height and elevation characteristics of the terrain, the use of terrain to arrange emergency first aid near the lowest point of the site elevation not only solves the site elevation problem, but also realizes the rapid demand for emergency first aid. In space, the practice of closing traditional hospitals is broken, and the space between different halls is opened. At the same time, space design methods such as overhead, retreat, and sinking are used to create a rich open space and effectively divert the surface interface of different people. In view of the complicated mixed flow problem, the vertical traffic diversion will be strengthened and will be different through visitor elevators, medical elevators, dirty elevators, and material elevators.
Directed by the flow of logistics, segmented parking effectively and conveniently separates and uses different functional spaces based on the needs of medical processes. The two towers and the two hospitals are administratively independent and share the medical and technical logistics. They integrate the medical resources of the two hospitals into one place, forming a powerful medical technology center and realizing the strength of the medical strength group. In the design, we fully explored the regional culture and adapted to the company's culture. Through the organic combination of culture, science and technology, and art, we demonstrated the charm of the Aier Group.
